About 98ok — Trust, Transparency & Built for Bangladeshi Gamers

In early 2022, a small team asked themselves a simple question — people in Bangladesh love online gaming, so why is the experience so frustrating? Payment hassles, English-only support, and waiting days for payouts were the core problems. 98ok was built to solve exactly that.

The goal was clear from day one: a gaming platform built for the people of Bangladesh, designed to fit the Bangladeshi context. That's why bKash and Nagad integration was a priority from the start, customer support was offered in Bangla, and the app was kept lightweight for fast loading on mobile.

In its first six months, 98ok had only a few thousand members. When those early members told their friends and family, the numbers started climbing. From Dhaka to Sylhet, Chittagong to Rajshahi — 98ok spread across the country entirely through word of mouth. No advertising campaign drove this growth — just genuine satisfaction from real users.

98ok now has over 500,000 registered members, with thousands of new users joining every day. More than ৳47 crore in rewards has been paid out so far — and that number keeps growing. But the stat that matters most to 98ok is this: 93% of members say they'll keep using 98ok and would recommend it to friends.

98ok doesn't just run a platform — it's building a culture. Responsible gaming isn't a marketing slogan for us; it's real policy. Every member's wallet has automatic spending limit controls built in. Tools are available to help you play within your budget. If a member's family raises a concern, our team takes it seriously.

98ok will keep growing — new games, new features, and servers in new cities. But one thing will never change: the commitment to serving everyday people in Bangladesh. Every decision is tested against one question — will this benefit our members? If the answer is yes, we move forward.

We believe entertainment should be stress-free and enjoyable. Come to 98ok — a platform that treats you like a friend, not a number.
